NSW - Wooli - Solitary Islands Resort

This caravan park is located beside the river just before you enter the Wooli township. It is a beautiful park with most of the sites divided by bushes and palm trees.

The camp kitchen area is the largest and most modern that we have seen. Inside the building are stoves, microwaves, jugs, a huge double door fridge, stainless steels benches and sinks and all the detergents and cleaning product that you need. It is a dream to cook in, and as usual, a great place to meet people.
Outside there are four barbeques and ten beautiful large wooden tables and seats. Behind the building is toilets and showers.
Upstairs, has not yet been finished, but will house an adults only lounge with a big screen TV.
The swimming pool area is lovely with a covered eating and barbeque area.
The amenities block is clean with four showers and four toilets in both the male and female sections. The laundry is also located in the main amenities block.
Canoes are available to rent and many people were fishing from the river bank.
The owners have placed tables and chairs on the rivers edge and they are lovely to sit at to enjoy the river.
The petrol station and store next to the park has a good array of basic food items.
If you have a fondness for oysters then you will love the fish co- op in town which sells the local oysters at $9.00 a dozen.
If you feel like getting off the beaten track and looking for some tranquility, then this could be the place for you to stay.
